Focuses deploying resources beyond grantmaking to support organizations to better carry out their mission in sustainable and equitable ways. The Senior Capacity Building Manager will ensure deep understanding and support of partners as whole organizations and provide technical support, training, and resources that enhance their resilience, efficacy, and overall ability to have a positive impact on lives and communities.
