Organizations new* to CACF – Please register using the form at the bottom of this page. Our team will be in touch soon to get to know you/your organization and orient you to our grantee portal.
- *New means having never applied to CACF, or not since we launched our new grantee portal in June 2023.
- If you have applied for grants at CACF since June 2023, skip to step 2.
